Woburn Hill House and grounds

Woburn Hill House is an early 19^th century listed building that sits in grounds of 17 acres of Green Belt land to the south of Woburn Hill, which lies to the north west of Weybridge in Surrey.

We have been appointed by the owner to explore how the site’s contribution to the local area could be improved by enhancing the environment across the grounds and restoring the listed building.

We have now agreed a lawful baseline with Runnymede Borough Council for existing buildings, structures and uses across the site and are discussing an appropriate way forward which will include some targeted redevelopment of the site as well as the restoration of the Grade 2 listed building.

We have already been in contact with our neighbours and will continue to keep them informed as we move forward.
